1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in-store, by phone, or online via www.pats-petals.co.uk and store.pats-petals.co.uk.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pat’s Petals may update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or placing orders after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice.

We accept secure payments through SumUp and other approved methods.

A contract between you (the customer) and Pat’s Petals is formed once your order has been processed and dispatched or confirmed for collection/delivery.

3. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

For bespoke or made-to-order designs (for example weddings or funerals), any deposit paid may be non-refundable to cover materials and flowers purchased specifically for your order.

Once materials or flowers have been ordered, refunds cannot be guaranteed.

All flowers and arrangements are created fresh to order, so natural variations in colour and style may occur.

4. Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel standard (non-bespoke) orders within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not already been prepared or delivered.

For bespoke or made-to-order items, cancellation may not be possible once work has begun.

Pat’s Petals accepts returns of unused, undamaged, and unaltered products (such as gifts or artificial arrangements) within 14 days of receipt, in original packaging.

Returns must be agreed in advance — please contact us before returning any item.

5. Delivery & Collection

We deliver within Kidderminster and surrounding areas.

Delivery charges and times are displayed at checkout or confirmed when ordering.

It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct; we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (for example, severe weather, supplier issues, or transport delays).

6. Liability

We take care to ensure all information on our website and invoices is accurate.

However, Pat’s Petals accepts no responsibility for minor errors or delays beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

Your statutory rights are protected under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

You must not copy, reuse, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

We take no responsibility for external websites linked from our site.

You are responsible for ensuring your own device security when browsing online.

Pat’s Petals complies with UK GDPR and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) guidelines.

We collect only the data necessary to process your order or enquiry and keep it secure.

Our shop also operates CCTV for safety and crime prevention.
